Elvish Yadav Supplied Snake Venom at Rave Parties For Money and Surprising Motive: Report
The case of Elvish Yadav and snake venom has changed. It has come to light nearly two days after the arrest of the Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner that Elvish is allegedly providing snake venom at rave events. While money was undoubtedly a factor, police sources informed a tabloid that Elvish provided the snake poison to “increase his fan base” and to ostensibly demonstrate that he’s “got swag.” The YouTuber has been in judicial jail for 14 days after a local court ordered his detention.
The latest revelation also refutes the assertions made on Monday by a police source that Elvish had admitted to his wrongdoings. The news agency was informed by a police source that “Yadav did not accept the crime during questioning, but we have a lot of evidence.” For him, the purpose was to declare his “swag” or “bhaukaal.” He aimed to convey to his followers that he is totally fearless of law enforcement and that he is free to do as he pleased.
Additionally, according to the police sources, they have proof that snake venom is being utilized by over six parties, all of which are connected to Elvish. “Adequate action will be taken against those who attended the parties in question for using the snake venom,” an officer stated. A few months after his name surfaced in the case, Elvish was taken into custody in Noida on Sunday.

What is the Snake Venom Case Involving Elvish Yadav?
Elvish’s name initially surfaced about the case involving snake venom from the previous year. Five people were taken into custody in connection with a rave party that happened in November of last year. A police raid in Noida Sector 49 turned up nine snakes, five of which were cobras. Additionally, around 20 milliliters of snake venom were taken. Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code and the Wildlife Protection Act of 1972 were the legal bases for the criminal conspiracy charge that was brought. The arrested gang stated at the time that they provided Elvish with snakes and snake venom for his gatherings. But at the time, Elvish denied it. When he was questioned on November 7, 2023, he stated that singer Fazilpuria had provided the snakes for the Noida rave party.
