India vs Sri Lanka Asia Cup 2023

India defeated Sri Lanka in their Super 4 encounter with a commanding 41-run victory to go to the Asia Cup 2023 final. Indian captain Rohit Sharma watched as left-arm spinner Dunith Wellalage excelled with the ball, grabbing a five-wicket haul (5/40) to eliminate India for a score of 213, after winning the toss and choosing to bat.

INDIA WIN! Kuldeep Gets Four

That’s how the game works. India makes a great comeback, taking the last three wickets very swiftly to win by 41 runs and advance as the first team to the Asia Cup 2023 final. Kuldeep delivered it whole and uncut, and Pathirana played all over it. Castled bowls 172 overs for Sri Lanka. An exciting game, but ultimately a less exciting conclusion.
