IPL 2024: Pat Cummins mocked RCB after they were defeated by 25 runs, saying, “Wish I was a batter.”

The Pat Cummins-led Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) faced off against the Faf du Plessis-led Illustrious Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the 30th coordinate of the Indian Chief Association 2024 (IPL 2024) at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Monday, April 15. As the coordinates began, RCB’s captain, Faf du Plessis, won the hurl and was chosen to field to begin with.

RCB’s Faf du Plessis and Virat Kohli began well in the chase, but despite Dinesh Kumar’s late heroics, RCB fell brief by 25 runs, finishing with 262/7. The coordinates show a record total of 549 runs. Meanwhile, after the diversion, at the post-match introduction ceremony, Pat Cummins said that looking at the coordinates, he wished he was a batsman as well.
